High Peaked Tension Tents
Tension tents are renowned for both their awe inspiring ceiling heights and incredible resilience to high wind conditions. This tent style features large poles at the mid-point of the structure and are distinctive in appearance due to the towering, graceful peaks that form the roof of the structure. Decorative elements such as centre pole draping and chandeliers provide additional upscale elegance to this crowd pleasing tent style.
Frame Tents
It is said that, “Simplicity if the height of elegance.” Frame tents hold true to this idea via the use of a rigid aluminum framework in lieu of centre poles. This absence of centre poles maximizes interior space, a key factor when an unobstructed view is essential, or space is at a premium. Options, such as ceiling draping can transform this tent style into a luxurious showstopper.

Portable Washrooms/Sanitation Rentals
Our comprehensive Special Event Sanitation Division supplies and services all occasions, including festivals, marathons, corporate function, and private events with a wide variety of portable sanitation facilities. Featuring the Ultra-Premium washroom trailers for upscale events, portable “Sani-Stand” units to provide an added measure of protection for event attendees, hot or cold hand wash stations, and traditional portable toilets, we are your one-stop source for all your temporary sanitation requirements. V.I.P. washroom attendants are also available.
Lounge Furniture
Take your event to the next level. Continuing our mission to provide the finest rental items available in the Canadian Special Events Industry, we are pleased to unveil our new Contemporary Lounge Furniture Division. Complementing our extensive product line of traditional event components, our new division features a complete line of premium furnishings and accent pieces to partner the needs of seasoned event organizers and upscale private clients who are seeking to add sophistication and impact to their next event.
Special Conditions (Lounge Furniture)
All Lounge Furniture orders are subject to a minimum transport/labour fee of $300.00. Prices quoted are for a one day rental. Additional days are subject to additional fees. The client assumes the entire risk of loss or damages to all Lounge Furniture rented items from any cause whatsoever. Damage waiver does not cover lounge furniture or throw pillows.
The client agrees to obtain the necessary authorization and/or allow the supplier to back up vehicles 100 feet from the event site. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the client must provide access to a loading dock and access to freight elevators for any second story or non ground level locations.
Tent Permits
Permits are required for temporary tents in most municipalities in Ontario, per the Ontario Building Code. Permit acquisition services are available for tents at a nominal fee, upon request. All of our tents are fully engineered, insured and certified with the City of Toronto Building Department and meet all Provincial safety guidelines and engineering requirements. If Affair Rentals is not contracted to secure permits, the client agrees to obtain all necessary permits and meet any/all associated requirements at their expense, as stipulated by the applicable regional building department. It will be the responsibility of the client to ensure said permits are available to municipal or provincial inspectors upon request during the course of the event.
